Our Story
How It Began
Mornings deserve
more than routine.
The Breakfast Club was born in 2018 from a simple but stubborn belief: that the first meal of the day deserves the same care and intention as any fine dining experience. That mornings are not something to rush through — they are something to savour.
Our founders had spent years working in some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels. They noticed that breakfast — the meal that sets the tone for everything — was almost always an afterthought. Buffets. Reheated eggs. Forgotten toast.
So they built something different. A place where the bread is baked before dawn, the eggs come from farms they visit personally, and the coffee is ground to order. A place where the morning is treated as a ceremony.

What We Stand For
Three principles.
Every single day.
Sourced with Care
Every ingredient is chosen with intention — from the free-range eggs to the stone-milled flour. We work directly with local farms and trusted suppliers across the region.
Prepared with Precision
Our kitchen team approaches each dish as a small act of craft. Nothing is rushed. Sauces are made by hand, bread is baked fresh, and every plate is finished with care.
Served with Warmth
We believe hospitality is the heart of dining. Our team is trained not just to serve, but to welcome — to make every guest feel like the morning belongs to them.
